Led and managed the conceptualization, development and execution of an interactive website inspired by my love of nostalgic web games (think Club Penguin, Myscene.com, Barbie). We created an entirely shoppable experience where you can create your own avatar wearing our full poppi holiday merch collection.

The merch collection was meant to support the launch of our new holiday flavor releases, Cranberry Fizz and Ginger Fizz. With the overall campaign messaging being 'it's not a party without poppi', we personified each flavor to create dueling holiday parties and brought each flavor to life, where people could choose which party they preferred -- all while shopping for their fave new poppi merch pieces!

Design Development

Development began in Figma to establish the flow for the user and their journey from avatar creation to joining each flavor's party. Once we determined what was needed from a web development perspective, we moved into avatar creation. Inspired by low-poly style avatars, we dove in deep here to create a stylized experience for how our merch looked on each avatar. After the avatars were complete, we delved into the party rooms for Ginger Fizz and Cranberry Fizz giving each one a distinct personality and vibe.

The Launch

This website was tied to the release of our Holiday merch collection, so the purpose is meant to drive sales and traffic to this website activation. I wanted to create assets that could be used across social, email and our homepage that was a connection between these digital avatars and the IRL merch pieces.
